Meet Shea- Balanced Warrior

Shea is a fierce lover of all things wellness, yoga, ayurveda and living life with intention. She has been on a personal wellness journey for her life, and especially after suffering a deep loss 17 years ago. Shea has been studying health and wellness since her early 20's. She was engaged in the fitness world deeply for most of her 30's and and transitioned into a holistic ayurvedic health and wellness coach. Shea leads groups locally, virtually and globally on wellness habits, designing FUTURE YOU and yoga. She is an active part of her community offering yoga, fitness and social work classes. She loves nothing more than seeing people shift their life toward more vibrancy and health.Â
